Norwegian's own Bahamas island, with soft-sand beaches, a big heated pool, a new waterpark and an adults-only beach club.

Great Stirrup Cay is Norwegian Cruise Line's private island in the Berry Islands of the Bahamas. Norwegian has owned it since 1977, making it the first private island in the cruise industry.
Norwegian has rebuilt much of it, adding a pier so ships dock right at the island, the heated Great Life Lagoon pool, a tram, the adults-only Vibe Shore Club and, from September 2026, the Great Tides Waterpark. Oceania Cruises, Norwegian's sister line, stops here on select sailings too.
